CBSE Board Exam 2025 Guidelines: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to conduct the class 10th and 12th final board exams in pen-paper mode from tomorrow, February 15. The first exam of class 10th board exam 2025 will begin with the English paper, which is scheduled to be conducted by the CBSE board in a single shit from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm. On the other side, Class 12 board exam 2025 students will appear for the entrepreneurship paper in the same shift. Students of the 10th and 12th board exams will get 15 minutes extra time to read the exam paper.
According to the official CBSE Date Sheet updates, the CBSE class 10th and 12th annual board exams will begin tomorrow, February 15, 2025. The last exam for class 10th board exam 2025 will be on March 10 and the last exam for the class 12 board exam will be on April 4.
The exam conducting board will for the first time organize a live webcast to explain the modalities of the CBSE 10th 12th final board exam guidelines for center superintendents, deputy center superintendents, assistant superintendents, city coordinators and supervisors, and the roles and responsibilities of all functionaries, besides the evaluation guidelines. The webcast live event for CBSE Board Exam Guidelines will go live on CBSE’s YouTube channel from 2.30 pm today (February 14) and will be of two hours duration.
CBSE Exam 2025 Timing
- The exams will be held at the CBSE Examination Center from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
- Students of both class 10 and 12 will be given 15 minutes of extra time to read the question paper.
- CBSE Class 10 Exam 2025 End Date: March 18, 2025, with CBSE 10th Board Exam 2025 for subjects like Computer Applications, Information Technology, and Artificial Intelligence.
- CBSE Class 12 Exam 2025 End Date: April 4, 2025, with CBSE 12th Board Exam 2025 for Psychology exam marking the conclusion.
How to Access CBSE Admit Cards 2025?
CBSE Class 10th and Class 12th admit cards for the 2025 board exams were released by the Central Board of Secondary Education on its official website on February 3, 2025.
Regular students: Admit cards for CBSE Board Exam 2025 can be downloaded from their respective schools as only schools have the facility to download them.
Private students: Admit cards for the CBSE Board Exam 2025 can be downloaded directly from the Pariksha Sangam portal or the CBSE Board Official Portal at cbse.gov.in.

All the class 10th 12th students who are going to appear for the CBSE Board Exam on 15th February 2025, do not forget to take the admit card with them otherwise you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
Students are advised to read the instructions given on the question paper and answer sheets before answering the questions.
Regular students of the CBSE board must bring the CBSE Admit Card for the board exam 2025 along with a school identity card. Private students of the CBSE board must bring an admit card for the board exam 2025 and any photo identity card issued by the government.
Students of the 10th and 12th board exam can carry a transparent water bottle, geometry/pencil box, blue/royal blue ink/ballpoint/gel pen, scale, writing pad, eraser, analog watch, metro card, bus pass, and money inside the examination hall.
Unless the student is a diabetic, he/she is not allowed to bring any food items (open or packed).
Dress Code: Regular students of the 10th and 12th board exam 2025 must wear school uniform while private students can wear light and comfortable clothes.
Any prohibited items such as electronic items (mobile phones, pen drives, earphones, smartwatches, etc.), books, and printed materials are not allowed inside the examination center.
